Wire EDM / Small Hole

We feature 3 Makino Wire EDM machines with 4-axis capability. These special machine centers offer tighter tolerances, burr-free applications, the ability to machine tough materials and intricate contours. We welcome short runs of 1 to 2 pieces or production runs. Quality parts with a quick turnaround! If it conducts electricity we can wire it!

**Exclusions include but not limited to plated parts.**

• Maximum Travel: X = 17.7”, Y = 11.8”, Z = 11.8”
• Maximum Taper Angle: 15º (without fixturing)
• Tolerances can be held at .0001
• Wire diameter sizes available: .004”, .006”, .008” & .012”
• Small Hole EDM Electrode size available up to 1.5mm
• Maximum Travel: X = 15.6”, Y = 11.6”, Z = 11.6”
